| Note: Parents can also pay the term fee as monthly fees Rs. 300/-, Vehicle charges (if the facility is
availed) Rs. 300/- on or before 10th of every month from June–January, but the last term fee and the vehicle charges should be paid on
or before 10th February without fail. |

- Parents or guardians should make sure about the security of their wards if they choose some other mode of transport other than our bus facility.
- School reserves the right to strike the name of a student off the roll or stop him / her from appearing for any examination including annual examination for the no–payment of fees and other dues.
- Failure to pay fees on time will be viewed seriously and students will be sent back. Re–admission fee will be charged in addition to the late fee.
- Parents / guardians should send in a written application at least two days before for any kind of leave needed by the students.
- Parents should also try to inculcate the value of discipline and punctuality by sending children in proper uniform in time to school prayer.
- Parents should see to it that children carry all their books fully covered throughout the year.
- Parents should send sumptuous food for the children.
- Children arriving late will be penalized.
- Parents should compulsorily send children to school on first and last day of the school.
- Parents should compulsorily attend Parents'–Teachers' meetings as and when called for.
- Parents should see to it that any change in telephone number and address gets recorded in the school records.
- School reserves the right to expel a student at any time for indulging in misconduct or gross indiscipline.
- Students should not damage any property of the school. In advent of any such damage, the student responsible will have to pay the penalty for the damage by way of compensation or replacement.
- Leave – of absence will not be grantend, except for serious reasons.
- The State Education Law lists the following legal absences:
- Sickness (of a serious nature) of a student.
- Sickness or death in the family.
- Impossible road or weather conditions, which make travel unsafe.
- Required presence in the court.
- Except for these reasons and a day's leave in the case of any big event in the family, the absence–of-leave will not be granted.
- A student will be detained only once in a particular class.
- If the student concerned does not make substantial improvement to be promoted to the next class in the next promotion examination, he/she will have to be withdrawn from the school.
- A written request from the parents for the withdrawal of a child should reach the principal on or before 31st January. Any requests made after the date will be considered after the payment of fine.
- Please note that T.C. will be issued only after the settlement of all the dues if any.
